Job Description

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, cleaning of general areas and equipment, and storage and rotation of food and supplies. The role also involves janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro. The Dishwasher must handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary standards and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
