The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage, and rotation of food and supplies. They are also responsible for janitorial duties in dining areas like the Dining Room and Bistro, ensuring all food handling, storage, and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and standards, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and work in confined spaces
