Job summary

Wet Willie's in Los Angeles is looking for a reliable dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash pots and pans, remove heavy soil, pre-soak, and help keep the dishwashing area organized and clean throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include breaking down the dish machine, emptying trash, sanitizing areas, and storing cleaned items properly. This position requires teamwork and a strong work ethic in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots and pans in the pot washer's area
• Sorts and pre-soak silver before washing
• Remove all heavy soil off dishes before washing
• After items are cleaned, store dishes in appropriate area
• Does any cleaning that is required to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times
• Empties trash cans; sprays and sanitize after each cleaning.
• Break down dish machine after shift - leave area clean and organized
• Clean spray lines inside of dish machine
