Job summary

The Summit Restaurant Group is seeking a dependable dishwasher in Lee's Summit, MO to maintain a clean and safe kitchen by washing tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. You will help keep the dish area organized and sanitary for the staff.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading the dish machine, monitoring water temperature and chemical levels, storing clean ware, completing opening and closing checklists, and assisting with related kitchen tasks as directed by the kitchen

• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or manager-on-duty.

The Summit Restaurant Group dishwasher is responsible for providing a clean and safe kitchen area for staff.
