Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep tableware, cookware, and the kitchen spotless for service. You will operate the dish machine, hand-wash items, and help maintain a clean dish area throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
