Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to help keep our kitchen spotless and service-ready. You will operate the dish machine, wash and rotate tableware, and maintain cleanliness across the dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen is a plus.

• Comfort standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
