Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to help keep our dining room, kitchen, and prep areas clean and efficient. You will operate dish machines, hand-wash pots, and assist with stocking while contributing to a fast-paced, organized environment.

Flexibility with AM/PM shifts and both part-time and full-time schedules is available. A focus on cleanliness, reliability, and teamwork will help you thrive as part of our True Food Kitchen family.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong cleanliness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine and ensure sanitation levels.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items.
• Keep dish room and kitchen clean and organized.
• Assist with deliveries and restocking.
• Support the team with flexible availability.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfort standing for extended periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness
