Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking dishwashers to maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and support a fast-paced restaurant service.

Ideal candidates are flexible for AM/PM shifts, able to stand for long periods, and committed to cleanliness. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with health options via Hooray Health for part-time staff and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
