Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable dishwasher to help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch shifts.

You’ll operate the dish machine, wash and rotate wares, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible AM/PM shifts and part-time or full-time schedules are available, with benefits including health options and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
