Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and efficient. You’ll operate the dish machine, wash and rotate ware, and help maintain sanitation across the dish room, kitchen, restrooms and prep areas.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods, thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and be reliable with a team-first attitude. Flexible AM/PM shifts and part-time or full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Operate dish machine and maintain proper sanitation levels.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfort standing for extended periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness
