True Food Kitchen in Columbus, OH is seeking dishwashers to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and support the kitchen during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch services.

We welcome those with dishwashing or kitchen experience and a strong work ethic. Expect standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment, with reliable and diligent teammates ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Reliability, hardworking, and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
