Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a diligent dishwasher to help keep our dining rooms and kitchens spotless. You’ll operate the dish machine, wash and rotate tableware, and assist with deliveries and restocking, supporting a clean, efficient kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
