True Food Kitchen in Kansas City, MO is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. You will operate the dish machine, maintain sanitation, wash and rotate ware, and assist with deliveries while helping keep the dish area tidy and compliant with health standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
