Qualifications

• Capable of standing for long hours (up to 9 hours).

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish machine and report issues promptly.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature for sanitation.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain levels of clean tableware for dining and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash as scheduled.
• Handle tableware carefully to avoid breakage.
• Maintain levels of detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean food preparation areas as needed.
• Fill in as needed for smooth restaurant operation.
• Ensure safety and security for employees and patrons.
