Job summary

Ultipro in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Sports Bar Utility Steward on the second shift to keep our back-of-house kitchen clean and operational. You will load and run dishwashing machines, distribute clean ware, and ensure sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can obtain ServSafe within 90 days, and is comfortable working irregular hours including late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience are preferred.
• Ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils into racks and dishwashing machines. Inspect all items for cleanliness after washing and rewash as needed.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines to include cleaning and draining of machines.
• Distribute clean dishware and utensils to assigned venue(s).
• Remove, sort, and dispose of trash as assigned according to established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas including floors, walls, and counters; ensure sanitation procedures and food guidelines are followed.
• Assist in the maintenance of temperature and breakage logs.
• Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
