Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware using a machine and by hand.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for culinary operations and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workstation.
• Perform deep cleaning on equipment and within the facility as assigned.
• Remove trash and recycling from the facility and cleaning waste bins.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors.
