Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Quick Service Utility Steward for the second shift to keep back-of-house kitchens clean, safe, and fully functional for service. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, upholding sanitation procedures and guest service standards.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading dishes, operating dishwashing machines, distributing clean wares, and maintaining logs. Requires flexibility in hours and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils into racks and dishwashing machines; inspect cleanliness and rewash as needed.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines; clean and drain as required.
• Distribute clean dishware and utensils to assigned venues.
• Remove, sort, and dispose of trash per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas with proper sanitation.
