Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Load dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils into racks and dishwashing machines. Inspect items for cleanliness after washing and rewash as needed.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines including cleaning and draining.
• Distribute clean dishware and utensils to assigned venues.
• Remove, sort, and dispose of trash as assigned per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas and ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
