Premier Pools & Spas – Houston North is seeking a high-performing Pool Sales & Design Associate to join our Spring, TX showroom. You will guide homeowners from initial consultation through design, pricing, contract, and construction milestones, working in a territory that covers Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas.

Compensation: Uncapped Commission | $100,000+ Earning Potential

Premier Pools & Spas is the nation's largest swimming pool builder, and we're looking for a high-performing, driven, and motivated Pool Sales & Design Associate to join our locally owned and operated team based in Spring, TX.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to build a successful career in a high-value, relationship-driven industry while helping homeowners transform their backyards.

You won't just be selling a pool. You'll guide customers through the entire process—from the initial consultation and design to pricing, presentation, contract, and key construction milestones.

What You'll Do

Consult

• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, property, priorities, and budget.
• Educate customers on pool construction, materials, equipment, features, and the overall building process.
• Establish trust and position yourself as a knowledgeable advisor throughout the sales process.

Design

• Create customized pool and backyard designs using professional 3D design software.
• Turn a customer's ideas and property into a design that is both exciting and realistic to build.
• Develop designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, site conditions, and construction requirements.

Sell

• Develop accurate and profitable proposals based on the customer's design and project requirements.
• Present designs and proposals confidently and professionally.
• Clearly communicate pricing, options, value, and expectations.
• Handle questions and objections while helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Ask for the sale and close high-value projects.

Manage

• Prepare complete and accurate contracts and documentation so sold projects can transition smoothly into permitting and construction.
• Set realistic expectations with customers regarding pricing, scheduling, construction, and project scope.
• Stay connected with customers after the sale and throughout key construction milestones, including Day of Dig and Day of Gunite.
• Work closely with the permitting, planning, and construction teams to help ensure your projects are properly set up for success.

Grow

• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Participate in sales events, marketing events, and community activities when needed.
• Develop strong relationships with homeowners and other professionals in the industry.
• Take ownership of your territory, sales pipeline, customer relationships, and results.

What You Bring

• Proven Sales Success – Experience in high-value residential sales, pool sales/design, outdoor living, remodeling, construction, real estate, or a comparable industry is preferred.
• Competitive Drive – A strong desire to succeed and the motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset – You take ownership of your pipeline, customers, schedule, and results.
• Strong Communication Skills – You can confidently communicate with homeowners, present designs, explain value, negotiate, and ask for the sale.
• Design Ability – The ability to visualize a customer's ideas and turn them into an exciting, functional, and buildable design.
• Attention to Detail – You understand that accurate measurements, pricing, contracts, and documentation are critical to a successful project.
• Organization & Follow-Through – You can manage multiple opportunities and stay engaged with customers throughout a longer sales cycle.
• Technology Skills – Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, Pool Studio / Structure Studios, and other technology used throughout the sales process.
• Customer-Focused Approach – You understand that a successful sale is about more than getting a signature; it's about creating a customer who is excited to recommend you.
• Teachable & Coachable – You're willing to learn our products, processes, pricing, and construction standards.
• Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver's License
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
• Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• Some evenings and weekends may be required based on customer availability and sales events
• In-person / field-based position serving the Houston North / Spring market
