A growing pool company in New York is seeking a motivated Pool Sales Manager to lead the sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, preferably in the pool or construction industry, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This position offers high earning potential through commission-based pay and opportunities for advancement in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pool industry or construction.
• Experience using Pool Studio (Structure Studios).
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
• Ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
