You will guide homeowners from initial consultation through design, pricing, contract, and construction milestones, working in a territory that covers Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-value residential sales, pool sales/design preferred.
• Willing to build a personal book of business in a sales-focused role.
• Ability to educate customers on design and construction processes.
• Strong proposals, pricing, and closing skills.
• Reliability for in-person showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to understand vision, budget, and timeline.
• Educate on pool construction, materials, features, and process.
• Create 3D designs and turn ideas into buildable concepts.
• Develop proposals and present designs to customers.
• Close high-value projects and manage pipeline.
• Coordinate with permitting and construction teams.
