Mc Dermott Discovery is seeking a staff attorney to join our e-discovery group across multiple U.S. offices, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC.

The role emphasizes substantial document review experience, strong Relativity skills, and the ability to manage complex searches for depositions and trial preparation. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in e-discovery, with demonstrated project management, collaboration, and client service.

Formación

• Minimum of 4-5 years in e-discovery with document review experience at all levels.
• Experience using Relativity and other e-discovery tools to manage, organize and review data.
• Strong ability to create complex Relativity searches for fact development and depositions.
• Experience applying HIPAA and privilege doctrines to discovery objectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
