Job summary

Dykema Gossett, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Analyst to support case teams and the eDiscovery workflow across matters. The role handles intake, Relativity workspace setup, data handling, and production of ESI, working closely with Litigation Project Managers and eDiscovery Engineers.

This fully remote position is open to offices in California, Michigan, Illinois, and Texas and requires strong organizational, communication, and escalation skills to maintain defensible

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment.
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows.
• Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Ability to follow established workflows while escalating issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project intake and gather case-specific requirements.
• Configure Relativity workspaces using templates and permissions.
• Perform data intake and basic triage under supervision.
• Execute standard workflows: processing, loading, batching, searching, reporting.
• Maintain tracking and documentation of requests and production deliverables.
• Escalate risks or delays and communicate status to the team.
• Support document production workflows and quality control.
