Job summary

Wyndham Vacation Ownership is seeking a Discovery Associate to sell the Discovery program to guests after sales presentations. You will greet guests in the discovery area and conduct a brief experience survey to gauge satisfaction.

You will present the Discovery program professionally, answer questions, process purchases with Contracts, and strive to meet sales quotas while delivering excellent customer service. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have timeshare sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Meet or exceed minimum performance standards (APG).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey.
• Conduct the guest experience survey and present the Discovery program to sell it.
• Answer guests' questions accurately according to sales quotas.
• Prepare worksheets for purchases and forward to Contracts for processing.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and perform additional duties as needed.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
