Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal degree or certificate a plus.
• 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with collaboration and work-management software is a plus.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations, collections, and discovery database organization.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify potentially relevant materials.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm.
• Maintain evidentiary data and case information with strong records management principles.
