Job summary

Wilson Elser - Business & Legal Professionals is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to support a national litigation portfolio. The role involves assisting with investigations, collections, and managing discovery databases under attorney supervision.

The position offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement and can be located in any state with an office. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Paralegal Certificate a plus.
• Minimum 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with document management systems and data review tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under attorney supervision, perform investigations and collections duties to respond to discovery requests.
• Manage client documents and electronic data; identify relevant materials for each case.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the Firm.
• Organize evidentiary data and manage document productions.
