Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to support a national litigation team. The role involves assisting with investigations, collections, and managing discovery databases under attorney supervision.

The position offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement and can be located in any state with an office. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of paralegal experience and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paralegal Certificate a plus.
• 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required or preferred.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills required.
• Experience with collaboration and work management software a plus.
• Must maintain professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience with ESI and document management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad litigation portfolio under attorney supervision.
• Manage investigations and collections related duties for discovery responses.
• Obtain, manage, and identify client documents and data for each case.
• Coordinate between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and coordinate document productions.
