Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a Discovery Team supporting an international logistics client as National Discovery Counsel. This hybrid/remote role offers the chance to collaborate across offices and jurisdictions while guiding discovery workflows and technology-assisted review.

You will prepare draft responses, manage large document productions, supervise databases, and mentor junior staff, contributing to rigorous litigation readiness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex matters.
• Experience with Technology-Assisted Discovery and document review platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage written discovery phases under attorney direction.
• Utilize Technology-Assisted Discovery and eDiscovery platforms.
• Oversee discovery databases, repositories, and records for accuracy and defensibility.
• Prepare discovery responses, privilege logs, and exhibit lists.
• Mentor junior paralegals and staff on procedures and tech platforms.
