Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a Discovery Team supporting an international logistics client as National Discovery Counsel. The role blends technology-driven workflows with collaboration across offices and jurisdictions, focusing on discovery responses and large-scale document productions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in litigation paralegal roles, experience with discovery, and proficiency with Relativity or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably supporting discovery in complex matters.
• Experience using Technology-Assisted Discovery tools and eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) preferred.
• Experience managing large document collections and coordinating discovery workflows across matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a hybrid/remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the written discovery phases of litigation.
• Utilize Technology-Assisted Discovery tools and eDiscovery platforms.
• Oversee discovery databases, repositories, and evidentiary records.
• Assist discovery by identifying, reviewing, organizing, and producing information.
• Coordinate complex document preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
• Collaborate to develop discovery strategies and resolve issues.
• Prepare discovery responses, privilege logs, and exhibit lists.
• Maintain organized case files and evidentiary materials.
• Mentor junior paralegals and staff on procedures and technology.
