Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to support a broad litigation portfolio and manage investigations, collections, and discovery databases. The role offers flexible hybrid or remote work and can be located in any state with an office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Paralegal Certificate a plus) and 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
• 1–2+ years litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad litigation portfolio handling investigations and collections for discovery requests.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, identifying relevant materials.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys and outside vendors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm.
• Maintain evidentiary data and manage document productions across case files.
