Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to support a national litigation team. The role focuses on investigations, collections, and the management of discovery databases. The candidate will coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely responses.

The position offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement and can be located in any state with an office. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2+ years of paralegal experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2+ years litigation paralegal experience required.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with collaboration/work management software is a plus.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations, collections, and discovery databases.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant materials.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case documents, supporting production management.
