The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of relevant experience, strong collaboration with architects and stakeholders, and hands-on experience building integrations, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities with focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping.
• Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards.
• Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices.
• Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integrations.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management activities.
