Job summary

Synkriya Tech in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize enterprise ServiceNow solutions while supporting platform integrations, automation, and performance optimization. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, and expertise in workflows, APIs, and CMDB/ITSM/ITOM modules.

Hybrid work arrangement is available (2-3 days in office per week) to collaborate with the Telecommunications, media, and technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development & Customization
• Experience developing Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Service Portals
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers
• Experience with Scoped Applications, custom modules, and platform automation
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Git, and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Experience with CMDB, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or SPM modules
• Strong troubleshooting, platform support, and performance optimization skills
