Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Hospital Liaison to coordinate patient discharges and ensure timely delivery of respiratory and DME equipment. You will work with hospital case managers to support smooth transitions to home care.

The role blends clinical coordination with patient education and fieldwork, covering Novant PPA hospitals with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and an hourly pay range of $19.00–$23.00, plus a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication with patients and hospital staff.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking in a field role.
• Experience or familiarity with medical equipment and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital case managers and staff to coordinate patient discharges.
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of respiratory and DME equipment at discharge.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation including forms and delivery tickets.
• Travel to patient homes for equipment setup and follow-up with company vehicle.
