Job summary

Talentify seeks a Liaison to engage daily with hospital case managers to deliver and set up O2 portability, nebulizers, and small DME for patient discharge. You will educate on insurance criteria, documentation, equipment, and programs to aid discharge.

You will stock, coordinate, and complete paperwork for equipment, while ensuring center communication for home setup and billing documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.
• Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to interpret charts and graphs.
• Capable of following written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with equipment, disposables, paperwork, and literature.
• Make rounds to contact case managers at facilities to flag discharge needs.
• Coordinate with center for home setup of equipment and scheduling.
• Explain coverage criteria to case managers and patients as applicable.
• Complete setup paperwork for delivered equipment daily.
• Assist with obtaining CMNs and chart notes as requested for billing.
