Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Liaison to work with hospital case managers to deliver and set up O2 portability, nebulizers, and small DME items for patient discharge. You will educate on insurance criteria and documentation requirements to facilitate discharge.

Daily rounds to facilities, coordinate with centers for home setup, and ensure paperwork and CMNs are completed for billing. Strong communication and Medicare knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines and documentation including CMNs.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong math skills for calculations and billing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Stock and prepare daily equipment and marketing literature for deployments.
• Make rounds to contact case managers at facilities to identify discharge equipment needs.
• Coordinate with centers to schedule home setup of equipment.
• Explain coverage criteria to case managers and patients.
• Complete daily setup paperwork for delivered equipment.
• Gather CMNs and chart notes for billing as required.
