Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• Minimum of one-year experience in a health care setting required
• Medical terminology required
• Healthcare professional (PCT, CNA, EMT) preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral, written and electronic formats
• Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking abilities with proactive decision-making and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates an ability to perform specific competencies as identified
• Ability to be self-motivated, goal-directed, and dependable
• Demonstrates computer and typing skills
