Job summary

Voda is seeking a Project Manager with mold remediation experience to lead restoration projects. You will oversee estimates, coordinate crews, and ensure timely, profitable delivery while meeting contractual obligations.

Responsibilities include communicating with insurance adjusters, obtaining written agreements, and maintaining production paperwork from site to administration; you will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years managing restoration projects.
• Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling or restoration.
• Strong budgeting and ability to review job costing and profitability.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; Xactimate experience is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targets for estimates on losses (water/fire/mold).
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Plan, execute, and close projects, securing written contracts and payment terms.
• Coordinate resources and track equipment and paperwork.
• Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters per IICRC standards.
• Perform property inspections and maintain project files.
• Attend company meetings and assist in production work.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment.
