Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice is seeking a Project Manager to lead emergency and disaster restoration projects across residential and commercial sites. You will support the Management Team/Area Manager in day-to-day operations, supervise production technicians, and drive revenue growth while controlling costs.

The role requires overseeing large loss jobs, coordinating estimates and invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with adjusters, agents, and customers.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet/cleaning techniques.
• People and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to sketch physical space, take measurements, and calculate billable charges.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency and disaster restoration projects on residential and commercial sites.
• Manage production crews and project schedules.
• Provide estimates and invoices for restoration services.
• Assist in coordination with customers and insurance representatives.
• Travel for large loss jobs as needed and represent the company professionally.
