Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while coordinating resources, managing project expectations, and driving successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
• IIRC certification (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in restoration management.
• Experience with reconstruction and mitigation.
• Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with Xactimate software and PSA (preferred).
• Experience with CRM/project management software.
• Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Must be able to lead and develop a production team.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed.
• Ensure scope of work is followed and standardization procedures and practices are met in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution.
• Review contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control.
• Enforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead restoration and mitigation projects successfully to support continued company growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
