360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results and high-quality outcomes.

Experience in restoration management, strong leadership, and excellent communication are essential. The role requires organizing resources, reviewing contracts, and maintaining client relationships to support

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
IIRC certification preferred for seniority and best practices.
Experience managing restoration projects and complex scopes.

Mansioni

Oversee restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality.
Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and documentation.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress; adjust as needed.
Ensure adherence to scope and standard procedures.
