Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Field Teams to deliver exceptional service, monitor progress, manage work orders, and uphold OSHA standards, with a focus on leadership and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• IIRC certification preferred.
• 4+ years of construction management experience with budgets and schedules.
• Experience adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with Xactimate, PSA, and CRM/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and docs.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Ensure scope of work is followed and standard procedures are met.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain safety standards and robust project documentation.
• Lead and develop a production team.
