Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion. You will ensure safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes while coordinating customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in construction management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
• IIRC certification (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with Xactimate software and PSA (preferred).
• Experience with CRM/project management software.
• Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and project management software; ability to read architectural plans; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed.
• Ensure scope of work is followed and standardization procedures and practices are met in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution.
• Review contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control.
• Enforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
