Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

A minimum of 2 years of administrative support and experience in construction-related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of administrative support.
1 year of experience in construction management, restoration, property management, or project coordination (preferred).

Responsibilities

Coordinate large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
Prepare and maintain project documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Assist with the preparation of project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and track project expenses.
Organize project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Ensure Work Authorizations, Certificates of Satisfaction, and other required documents are obtained and filed.
Support project managers in identifying and resolving issues, risks, and delays to keep projects on schedule.
Travel to job site as needed.
