The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in management or disaster-restoration roles, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to active jobsites is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a management role or disaster restoration industry.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fluent in industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
• Provide on-site leadership by guiding technicians on the scope of work for losses.
• Complete all required documentation for losses, including sketch and scope sheet for estimates.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including adjusters and customers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and risks to management; escalate issues per plan.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Develop and write competed estimates using Xactimate or related apps.
• Navigate rotating on-call schedules.
