Job summary

ServiceMaster by A-Town Hi-Tech is seeking a motivated Disaster Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from loss to completion. You will combine project management, customer service, estimating, and team leadership to deliver safe, efficient projects with exceptional customer experience.

The role requires coordinating teams, tracking budgets, and communicating progress to customers, adjusters, and partners.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with estimating software or willingness to become proficient.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and production plans.
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and profitability.
Conduct regular site visits and project inspections.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Inspect damaged properties and develop restoration scopes.
Prepare estimates using Xactimate and related software.
Work with insurance adjusters and carriers.
Manage supplements and revisions as conditions change.
Review project costs and maintain financial accountability.
