APTIM is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to lead cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting for projects typically under $20M. The role emphasizes data visualization with Power BI, schedule interfacing, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

The position requires 6–10 years in project controls, strong analytical skills, and experience with CPM data and ERP systems. Travel to field sites is expected during initiation phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years experience in project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience coordinating control activities and solving complex data problems.

Responsabilités

• Manage cost reports monthly (contract requirements).
• Reconcile budget vs. actual variances and perform variance analysis.
• Develop cost status and forecast reports for stakeholders.
• Lead risk workshops and manage risk registers.
