Job summary

Icm Inc is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support assigned projects by maintaining integrated cost and schedule information, reporting to the Senior Project Controller, and collaborating with project teams to improve visibility and decision-making.

You will handle cost and schedule control, including budgets, forecasts, EAC, progress measurement, variance analysis, and reporting, ensuring data is reconciled across systems such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; cost/schedule experience preferred.
• 2+ years in project controls, cost control, scheduling, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/project accounting systems is preferred.
• Certification in cost engineering, scheduling, or earned value management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project cost controls and approved baselines; track budgets, commitments, actual costs, accruals, and EAC.
• Maintain and update project schedules; support schedule baselines, progress updates, and critical path analysis.
• Integrate cost and schedule performance to provide a consistent view of status.
• Analyze performance and variances; use trend analysis and variance reviews to identify issues.
• Prepare monthly cost and schedule updates; validate assumptions and forecast changes.
• Document changes, risks, and actions; manage change logs and risk registers.
• Deliver decision-ready reporting with accurate dashboards and status updates.
