Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA)/Project Scheduler to partner with department, project, and program stakeholders to develop and implement controls for managing project financials, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Occasional travel to client offices/site is required.

The role requires Primavera P6, SAP Work Management, Power BI, and Excel proficiency along with 4+ years of project controls experience in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 4+ years project controls experience.
• Experience driving controls for large-scale projects.
• Experience managing cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement controls to mitigate financial losses.
• Develop project schedules to control cost plans and perform variance and earned value analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data management for projects.
• Manage orders and ensure all documentation is entered in the system.
• Maintain logs for scope changes, contingency releases, and journal entries.
• Maintain project records per guidelines and requirements.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports with variance analysis.
• Provide status reports to project team with schedule and cost data.
