Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Controls Analyst to support project financial analysis, cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will monitor expenditures, coordinate requisitions and change orders, track vendor invoices, and assist with financial reporting to support project planning and decision‑making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience supporting project financials, preferably in engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project controls, cost analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to establish projects and create requisitions within Oracle Cloud.
• Track, execute, and report project change orders while maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Monitor project expenditures, vendor invoices, payment activities, and CWIP.
• Assist with capital expenditure forecasting, project budget monitoring, and actual cost tracking.
• Support engineers and project teams in developing forecasts and preparing accurate financial reports for management review.
• Assist with monthly financial close activities with Finance for timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and reports to track costs and performance.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Engineering, Construction, and other departments to process vendor invoices.
• Review project financial data to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting processes per established procedures.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities to meet deadlines with high quality.
